Refund Policy
This page says when you get your money back. It adds to the right of withdrawal and the warranty rights the law gives you (sections 5 and 10 of the Terms) and never reduces them.
Before your Invitation is published
Editing and previewing are free. If a payment went through but your Invitation has not been published yet, you can ask for a full refund, for any reason. Write to us through the contact form on this site (“Contact”, at the bottom of every page) and give the email address of your account and the Invitation’s web address.
After your Invitation is published
Publishing delivers the Invitation to you at once. At checkout you ask us to do so and confirm that you know you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal by this. For that reason, payments for a published Invitation and the Extras ordered with it are not refunded just because you changed your mind. Extras you order later can be withdrawn within 14 days of that order.
If something does not work as described, your warranty rights are untouched: tell us, and we fix it or, if we can’t, refund you.
Personal Touch and Bespoke
Hand-made work can be cancelled for a full refund until we start working on it. After that you pay for the part already done, in proportion to the full price; once the work is finished there is no refund.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the means of payment you used, through our payment partner, at the latest within 14 days of our confirming the refund. Your bank may need a few more days to show it.
